Silly little Olive
Iraq was allowed to make rockets and missiles under the UN sanctions.
The only restriction was the distance they could fly, which from memory was 150Km
So a rocket making facility was not a breach of UN sanctions nor did it constitute WMDs
But silly little olive now that these rocket making materials and chemicals making materials that could be used for a number of purposes have now all disappeared under the US, there is a treat they could be used by someone else to produce WMDs.
Or maybe all these values, pumps and pipes are just irrigating someones back yard
