Where's the performance to justify the yes vote?
So what does '4 months' mean? If they can't deliver '10-15 days' within 4 months or 'reasonably shortly' within 2 months, you would have to think they will have trouble delivering '4 months' within 12 months.
As for the production by the end of 2012, they must be joking. What do they know that NRC does not know? Has this estimate been squared off with NRC? Doubt it.
