The upside now is that the directors have extra incentive to add to shareholder value, they won't get their xmas pressie unless they are good..
Also, we should remember that Gus has a lot of personal wealth staked on this company. Probably more than all of us on HC, we should take comfort that he is holding firm on his position. Bring it 2012, let's get something done before the world ends!
