Agree Tango, VIL management have been very tardy, probably hoping to make money on LP so as not to farm out in the end, but got caught out. Mind you that is probably irrelevant because the partners are still to get all the leases and permitting done for FP (did VIL tardiness slow this up?) which will take several months!!!!!
