HMm well my thoughts would be:

a) if a takeover 'were' to eventuate, would those of you believe it would be north of 20c? Perhaps at least 25c (Dare i say)? Not 'what' you think hgo is worth, but what premium someone would put forward (most likely, as i know i will get the 'it's anyones guess' reply). Which I believe are two seperate thing e.g. the countless SDL threads of believers wanting north of $1,2 even, versus the premium offered at the time.

b) If capital raising involves an equity raising or some other dilutionary method, do you all believe it would be below current SP levels of 19c?

I ask the above only in regards to assessing the attractiveness of buying into HGO now, say at 19c (unfortunately missed out on the 18c the other day due to cancelling my order the night before :( ).
