Unfortunately, Pinto's post was moderated before I could read it, however I irust I got the gist of it, so here goes:
I feel that the shareholders who chose not to vote at all are not taking care of their own business.
It would not be positive to for Focus to be in this position next year IMHO.
I voted for the salary ceiling increase for our board, as I feel they've done an outstanding job for us, and strengthening the board as they've done recently will be judged wise once looking back with 20 20 hindsight. We have a board many other shareholders (of other companies) would be overjoyed to have.
Pay peanuts, and all you get are monkeys. Is that what you want???
