I agree with your sentiment there Makybe - problem is there are far more bears here that basically think anyone here with a positive view towards property is an idiot which is far from the case. Facts are the overall property market is not hot and is not likely to be hot for many years to come, but that does not mean it is crashing in a screaming heap either. In the same way there are good stocks to invest in there is good property to invest in, and what is good for you is not necessarily good for me as it all comes down to your own personal investment strategy and risk profile.
