In ann they do talk about CMEC south of our project, but hasn't their plans been stalled by Government?
and Hanlong can't get letter of guarantee from Asian Banks for sdl bid...who need to spend billions for rail then we have to ask them to use rail...
Maybe our option is to sell this to a neighbour to help buy aki????
