Unlike our lovely developed nation , Congo does not have many wonderful buildings that would be suitable for a mine headquarters .Those that are suitable are highly likely to be owned by a high government official . This IS a poor country .
Should Anvil use a tent ,rather than risk risk some question of impropriety ?
