I find it hard to understand why the shareholders were not approached for funds especially at such a low price. Why a fund raising at a price nadir? All evidence points in the direction that the science works. Are some "special" people being let in at 3 cents? Grade schoolers display more commercial sense than this offering. I'm totally intrigued to read how this one will be explained by the board. Dr. Roskrow was a Senior Director of Investment Banking in the Healthcare Group at Lazard Limited USA & Australia where she participated in mergers and acquisitions, company financings,etc., etc., so she is no dummy. The company has patents, awards, grants & products galore so what is really going on? Perhaps I'm being premature in my questions, let's hope that I am.
