the concern has to be that if CGNPC only want to do it on the cheap and they through discussions realise they cant secure control then they dont bid as they can bid if someone else does. Then roll on upgrades in 6-7 months, MORE program sure maybe even some improvement on the uranium space though probably not quite that soon but until there is another bidder if one arrives they only bid against themselves or they just leave it. The reserve upgrade didnt push their price up last time for the same reason, the ML hasnt done much either, this is screaming out for another bidder to get proper price action
