Continuos disclosure is really what a company wants you to think. We need a body of experienced investigators to sort fact from fiction where something is amiss like CTO. We as investors cannot do this as we don't know the limitations of some mines.
The trouble is ASIC appears overloaded and doesn't address issues with mining companies like CTO. Mining companies are a multi billion dollar industry and we need faith in mining companies.
