You are correct regarding the possibility of minority shareholders being taken out by either Genorah or friends of Genorah or the Russians, Chinese,Xstrata etc. The resource is a monster lasting for 50 years.

Yes Genorah/NKP could remove the stock from the ASX and go elsewhere such as the UK where platinum stocks are better appreciated by institutions.

I for one would not entertain offering my shares below $1 when I know the value is much higher.With broker reports already stating $1-$1.25 range excluding Tubatse why would anyone want less. Only a few months ago a person in the NKP camp suggested to me that they are worth $1.30-$1.50 once mining gets underway at both projects.If necessary I would be happy to have my shares listed overseas where they will certainly increase in value over time.

Peter Landau's first entry into NKP was at 90c. Surely he will be looking for a profit on that purchase? So will others who entered above 60c-70c.Check historic charts and you will discover that millions ( most) of the shares traded during 2010 were above the 55c mark.
