My veiw is the whole idea of comsolidation was to drive down the share price, because it is now illicquid. When it gets low enough, there will be a massive cap raising placed with a group. The end result is the this group will end up being the major shareholders of PRH. (presto a takeover without it being a takeover) The big question is, have management been actively involved in this charade? I would bet my last dollar the slimebags are up to their necks in it.
