re: Ann: Monash University Research Agreement... Look I'd be happy if it added an additional element of value outside of the Mega transfer deal. But in the absence of any specific comment from the company on this, my guess is all Uley and logically all graphite dealings including stockpile ownership, research ventures and also any resultant intellectual property would be booked through the one subsidiary and transferred away in the Mega deal. It's always possible to structure things to separate specific items and isolated deals if desired however. I do find it a little odd to be running the Monash announcements in parallel with the Mega ones. But without any retained graphite projects after the transfer I'd also find it odd for the post-deal SER to be involved in research to extract value from graphite fines. I guess we can hope.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing us going alone developing the Uley project ourselves, given it appears it won't take much to get it into production, advertising for personnel with key skills and contacts (as that's all that appears lacking AFAICS) and (if economies of scale allow) starting as a small lean operation and growing into what looks like quite a promising future. The Monash deal appears to help provide access to some of the required skill set. Its all moot and out of our hands apparently(?)
