The way i understand the rights issue is,
your automatically given a certain amount of rights (i think its 1 for ea 3 shares you hold)and this gives you the oppurtunity to buy shares at the exercise price of 0.005 with az free option attatched.
These rights (ISNR) are now tradeable (note they are not yet shares just rights to buy more at 0.005)
So in addition to your rights you can buy others rights and then get more shares at 0.005 or sell your rights if you dont want to participate!
