"Section 711 of the Corporations Act says that if you imply or state that securities will be able to be traded on a stock exchange then you have to apply for the securities to be listed within seven days of the prospectus date. Anyone want TNT to float at 8 cents in this market? "
Can someone explain just what is going on here, i received my Entitlement Issue documentation the other day, if they cannot be traded which appears to be the case how are management getting the go ahead on this????
