Also these wells are very high producers for the first year of their 20 year life. I think PYM also has a slightly higher overall participation in TB than AUT has over its projects.

PYM also has no (real) debt compared to AUT's $88 million net debt. PYM has about $4 million cash at bank after the Anadarko well payment, which will cover its share in another well.
