    Firstly i`d like to thank wilson and orga for your kind words on wednesday.

    any way i think about ssn`s acreage in the niobrara i come to the same conclusion:

    * its a dud = Terry Barr a genius for getting $76 mil for nothing + negotiate drilling appraisal well for free.

    * its a success = Terry Barr a genius to sell $76 mil of land and keep 16 000 acres of the best producing thousands of barrels of oil.
