they are offering an entitlement issue for an unlisted public company, whats so confusing about that?
in order to sell/buy TNT you will need to find someone the old fashioned way and just notify the share registry when the sale is executed.
if/when they list it then you will be able to trade as usual via ASX.
i don't think i will be participating at this stage.
