It closed on the highest trading price for the day. It closed on the highest trading price for the week. It closed on the highest trading price for the month. It closed just marginally under the 2011 year high but next week might sort that one out as well.
But screw all that. Of much more importance is that I'm in profit ! This stock was the single worst performing and largest red position in my portfolio almost since the day I purchased it. Doubled up earlier in the year. I guess the willingness to sit it out and look for the longer term result really is the difference between us investors and those other guys. And yes I do recongise the lost opportunity cost. With the overall market going backwards this year I know there were plenty of other opportunities to lose my money.
