Tennessee is not a wealthy place. a rew years ago is was 36th in the nation for per capita income and 41st in the nation for median household income.
So I suggest anything MHM can do to create jobs and lift household incomes via some economic activity would be very well received by State and local authorities.
Also dont forget its election year next year. any incumbent will need growth and jobs to get re-elected.
I'm not counting my chickens but we might be surprised by the generosity of the package.
