I do not know the area that you are discussing but to use the number of prospective tenants at an OFI is a false statistic and has no bearing on demand or price indication
If there are 500 properties for rent and the agents open only 10 of them what is the result?
Lots of prospective tenants showing up for those few, an artificially contrived situation to try and keep rent prices up
