    I dont know how many homes you have rented recently but nearly all of them get opened for viewing.

    when there is excessive numbers they have rental opens which from what I have seen is mostly for 3x2 or 4x2 homes.

    My mother is renting as well and was just told her rent is going up from $370 to $450 a week. Unreal since shes been renting there house for 4.5 yrs.

    Im talking about atwell, success, yangebup, beeliar, hammond park blah blah.

    My other sister purchased a home for $450000 in gladstone last year and is now renting it to Rio tinto for $900 week. Cop that.

    I suppose my point is if people think that rent is going to track down with home prices they have something else coming. We are the most urbanised country in the world. 95% of Australia in unihabitable.
