No turnaround here mate, just think it ordinary that Hunt finished 3d seismic 4 years ago, Shell walked 2 years ago, all the while they are looking for a JV (with Envois assistance) to no prevail. Waiting on license renewal for a year, when AP have received licenses in half time. Presidential Decree not forthcoming for FAR....maybe govt losing patience as well. With all this time lag, a drill is still portrayed to be 18 months away, but probably 2 years + away in reality...

Anyway it is great that we in effect get a 'Free Drill' from AP....the time line will probably be irrelevant in the end, i doubt we will see a drill in Senegal. If Apache is successful at L8 FAR will be taken over and ME's dream forfilled. Its just a shame that we may never get to see the Elephant drilled after so many years as holders - this is where my frustration comes from.

Zann - I can certainly see how it looks like a backflip, but certainly not. Like you I hold and wait until the whole story unfolds. Best of luck mate
