Most needy renters are on blacklist and will not be rented too. They do no rent to under 25 because the property never gets cleaned and get smashed and some only pay rent for the first three money and then stop paying at all.
Never rent to people on Gov funded bonds, they will smash the place because they have nothing to loose.
only 10% of renter are realy worth renting too.
