Maybe the story is just a way of shaking the tree to see if anything else falls out - there is most likely little substance at the moment for any court case against Anvil, but perhaps they hope to find some more ammunition to use.
Unlikely they will be interested in how Anvil treats its workers, their families and the local community - never let the facts get in the way of a good story.
