Nothing gnaws at me more than shonks like these getting away scot-free. At least a negotiated settlement via class action is evidence that wrong-doing has occurred. So wherever these clowns go for the rest of their lives one can say that they were associated with unbecoming, unprofessional behavior.

In my case the recovery is just over 13%. From a financial viewpoint it's a writeback when none was expected. From an ethical point of view..... very satisfying.
