    If that is the case; why was there ever a need to wait for Fonda approval and revenues to begin the trial?
    There was never any possibility that we were going to get a large enough sum in one lump from Fonda revenues to begin the trial.

    All of this dilution for no gain. They are looking more inept with each passing day.
