Due to the hype generated on this forum, I think many of you will be disappointed with the cash outcome, which I don't believe will be very significant. You should be aware that most US states are technically broke and simply don't have a lot of cash to splash around.
IMO the incentives will centre around tax breaks or holidays and probably speedy approval processes.
The press conference will be mainly to "fly the flag" for MHM and for the pollies to show that they are proactive in attracting business to the state and as a result, generate jobs.
