I think it is partly a symptom of the general market.
It is easy for money to come out of a stock but in the current climate it takes a lot longer to get it back in.
The large dividend was too much IMO, it created such a drop in the SP that people are concerned about SP recovery. Coupled with a big jump in the DJIA many are probably sitting on the sidelines expecting yet another fall in the DJIA then the XJO then people panic selling EXS down to further oversold levels.
Also some of those funds that got out quickly during the very high demand before the divvy (high volume) won't come back in on the same volume, that will cause the SP to rise against their own buying. They must enter slowly.
Certainly a Long Term buy.
