There is plenty of fossil evidence of a global flood: there are fossils of deepsea fish high in the Andes etc. There are villages on the bottom of the Black Sea where a huge flood that came in from the Mediterranean turned the area into the Black Sea (this was documented by a famous archaeologist, since deceased, on National Geographic a few years ago). The evidence is that it was a sudden, cataclysmic event. Then there's Noah's Ark. Seek and ye shall find: the CIA took secret aerial photos of Mt Ararat in Turkey showing the remains of what looks like a massive ship embedded high on the slopes, just where the Bible says it landed. If it looks like a ship, it probably is. They were available on a creationist site years ago. Clear as a bell. It is the size of a supertanker, which could easily hold all the world's species (two each, as most of them are small) and plenty of fodder. The whole area is locked up by the Turkish military or no doubt it would be one of the world's premier tourist attractions, especially for atheists. The evidence is there, all it requires is an open mind. Sometimes the most obvious things are right under our noses. And I'd rather believe the Bible version than some evolutionary mumbo-jumbo.
