Just saw a story on patagonia seems the george soros's and ted turners of the world have been buying up real estate on a big scale. A friend of mine was recently in Patagonia and stated that nice homes could be bought for $60-$80k AUD in one of the more beautiful areas of the world compare this to some of the sh!tboxes in cr@p sydney suburbs going for $500k plus does anyone else see a flight of westerners who realise that they are being squeezed by inflation moving to these lower cost countries where they can enjoy a much better standard of living.
