Free will now that's interesting...I had no idea this might be a possibility, i expected the regulations to want to maintain the iron grip of control on her super on way or another and all the complications that is presenting ATM.
What is the mechanism that allows this? if the above her funds can be placed in a term deposit and the rest invested all legal like with tax concession and no SMSF it's certainly worthy.
