I transferred my shares off market from one entity to another related entity.
As soon as CXN re-lists the share register will be upgraded.
In the meantime I get my tax write-off for the loss and still go for the ride even if it's not a train I chose to ride on.
No matter who the proponents are, at least they have to dump 800k in so creditors get 10c in the dollar. This wouldn't happen in a liquidation.
I know that doesn't help us Shareholders much, but I'm a bit of a believer that there is no point other Innocent people suffering just because I'm going to make a loss.
From what I read, the culprit is a guy named "waters" who sucked everything out of the coy. He's now in HK, so how do we get him?

Stand to be corrected, but I think the coy that bought Speedscan is the same guys that own Hot Copper . How bizarre is that!!!
