    I tend to agree, 1.5c may be the level if done now, no matter how good any announcement.

    I would prefer a convertable note issue, converting at say 5c in say 2 years, paying 10 to 12 %.

    I think this would be popular, especially with HC devotees, and would do the job.

    (not holding my breath, also not an expert)
