would'nt be suprised if prr was dragging things along as far as nasdaq listing.Not in a major way,probably just so as to optimise the impact when listing goes through.There is no doubt past holdups have been out of managements hands and things at that time looked very good for listing.Now things dont look great,however with Dubai,Dndn takeup improving,test results and other factors this could change in a heartbeat.
The timing is crucial as initial demand from US could put hugh demands on shares and share price here.
