Your probably right but wouldn't they be able to offer shares instead so as not needing to outlay cash and still pick up this resource at a bargain price.
I'm with JamesCrawford thinking it is best long term for all this to fall through and make the bigger money over the longer term. Even if it took a couple of years to get to $1.00 on it's own that's still great growth from the 12-15c range
