had you taken a mature and concerned invester approach instead of simply taking a mature informed interest in stack that you hold, and voted in favour of teh Remuneratuion report , then the resolution to approve the report would have been pased and the fisrt strike would not have occured.
ALL shareholders should think very carefully about just binning the votes .
