My comment about the ark and the number of species was just that there are always other explanations for almost everything "that has not been 100% proved"

Most of our history is in doubt because the winners always rewrite it to suit themselves; the translators make honest and deliberate mistakes

Our written history only goes back about 2000 years at its best

The number of species that were on the Ark comes from those same doubtful records

As to life on other planets as an explanation I have read that there are as many solar systems out there as grains of sand on all the worlds beaches so even if only .05% of those suns has a planet supporting life and even if there is only .05% of those planets that have life similar to our that still means that a hell of a lot of livable planets out there

I was not supporting the Ark theory but using it to show an alternative, as far as I am concerned I will look at all theories until one can be proven because there is very little that we know and that includes the scientists who tend to let their imagination and their theories run away with them.

A lot of the history of Wales comes from an enthusiastic writer who decided that as no written records survived for the people to call their own he would write some, so he wrote a lot of fiction..

The written history is a very doubtful source of knowledge
