    Geithner is visiting Europe (Bundesbank) to offer USD 'Liquidity' to the Europeans.

    Germany still afraid of inflation (memories of Weimar) but do they have a choice?

    If they take it - Inflation, if the don't - capitulation.

    Not much of a choice really.
