    SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PLACEMENT
    Directors of CuDeco Ltd are pleased to announce to our shareholders that the Company has successfully completed the placement of 23,977,000 share at $3.60c per shares for a total consideration of $A86,317,200 with the Hong Kong Resource Fund, New Apex Asia Investment Limited.
    The funds are to be utilised for the construction and fabrication of the Rocklands Group Copper Project located at the regional township of Cloncurry in N.W, Queensland
