no but always safer to buy lower and before the flock. The scan I do picks increased volume so its alerts you of intrest coming into the stock and thats when you do your homework to get a bigger bang for your buck. SRI daily out of bolinger but weekly room to move and with the VRX story should be ok if ann is good. jimo
