I still don't understand how a capital gain can be deemed to be realised IF i actually have no money in my pocket though... and what about those who bought 100,000's when at 2 or 3 cents? They'll be up for a big whack... at least its six months before its due.

Its a bit unfair to be honest - people who bought in early and supported the company over a long period are essentially being penalised... I'll actually be going backwards and even if the SP goes to about 1.95, I'll still be behind because i have to pay this ridiculous CGT.

Or am i still not on the page?
