AUM is up, performance is fine, revenue is OK....where did the money go?
Fat cats use "One-Off" items as excuses to steal, that's why.
How can investors keep their confidence, big investors or small investors, when the management doing this one-offs again and again? Or when the shares just starts to go up and the CEO dumped a big chunk?
It's not investment performance issue, it is corporate governance issue.
