I reckon the others executives Calvin Zhu and Fan Zhang are going to cop it now since one of their mates just spat in the faces of ASIC and the NSW supreme court. The case is too high profile just for a "slap on the wrist" like what ASIC usually hands down.

To be honest I don't know why the court allowed him to travel in the first place and leave the country. If I was the individual I would have done the same thing. Then again I guess the people behind the decision thought they had a "uni degree" and knew what they were doing.

At least this is a story that can keep me entertained at the bar with mates when we share stories of conspiracy.
