I hold LCY and have been a holder of HAW in the past but not currently.
My take...
All Co's need funds to operate and this CR was expected..
Will happen again and to LCY too... producing is expensive..

What's interesting is the 15k limit per Share holder, if I needed funds I would not cap it in this way.
Is this then an attempt to dilute LCY's percentage and voting power?

Was the Mil recently raised by LCY a way of buying on market to maintain or increase percentage and voting power?

Interesting and if I was a Haw holder I wouldn't be selling.

Hard to say haw holder without smiling but just my opinion and as always DYOR and GLA!
