re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... Hey asf, no I was referring to when they spin off the gold assets. They will, most likely, give 50% back to shareholders via in-specie distribution and 50% would go out to new investors, it's this part which will be underwritten.

For those who say were getting something for nothing, it's only true to a point as yes, shareholders will get some extra shares in a newly created company, but they will only own around 50% of that company and as for HAW, there is going to be more dilution then more than likely a consolidation of capital which usually always ends up with the sp going down. I remember Dioro resources who did something similar with their gold and nickel assets and shareholders got a bum deal from something which initially seemed positive.
