Everything hinges on the INDIA deal , without the india deal MEGA will not have the 66% or 140mill. to make the SER deal go forward , plus possible IPO ,
therefore our voting on the MEGA deal is also depending on the outcome of the india deal ,
if the the India deal fails to come true who knows what we will see ? delay ,for sure ,a revised version of the first deal (2010) .?
India is not known to be on time with anything they ever did .So if that deal gets delayed , we get delayed again
BUT knowing that Uley is producing soon gives me comfort , with 15000tpa. @3000pert. , with the upgraded plant and lower production cost .
