Hello Newland. I'm afraid that I'm not sure just what part of this partial INL Ann led me to believe it is Iran.
"February 2010 Intec Ltd (ASX code: INL) is pleased to announce that a formal agreement has been signed between Intec and a large Iranian minerals company for testwork at Intec’s facilities". This plus other information on the Intec web site.
